- Tap Delete Account
- Follow the prompts to confirm deletion
Delete Data Without Deleting Account:
- Go to Account in the app
- Tap Delete Account
- Select "Delete Only My Data"
- This removes personal data while keeping your account for future use
What happens when you delete your account:
- ✅ Profile information is permanently deleted
- ✅ Booking history is removed
- ✅ Chat messages are deleted
- ✅ Payment history and wallet balance are cleared
- ✅ Favorites and saved services are removed
- ✅ Referral codes and loyalty points are forfeited
Data Retention After Deletion:
Some anonymized data may be retained for analytical and legal purposes for up to 90 days after account deletion. This data cannot be used to identify you.
